Donor Focus Areas
STEM Institute

STEM
Institute is our art program that engages youth in science,
technology, engineering, and math through art classes. Artists from
the community offer workshops using these concepts aligning to NM content
standards. Some of the workshops include video game design, glass
fusion, green technology, culinary arts, band, installation art, recycled fashion, and kinetic sculpture. Donations can be made
to the program in general or to fund a specific workshop. E-mail us to find out more about our STEM programs.
Facilities/Operations
Please
make a donation to this area if you would like to support our general
operations, improvements and additions. We are currently expanding and
all donations toward our efforts will be graciously accepted.
Technology

Taos
Academy is a state-of-the-art technology school, delivering online
curriculum and face to face technology training in our SmartLab. Donations can be
used for hardware, software, and for providing additional programs to
students and to the Taos community. Please e-mail us to learn more about
our exciting programs.
Outdoor Education
Taos Academy
offers overnight trips into the wilderness in the fall and outings in the spring
semesters for all students to develop leadership and teambuilding
skills. Students also participate in ski/snowboard club, ice skating or an alternate activity during the winter months. Donations can be used to cover fees for a larger trip, for sponsoring a student in winter activities, or for backpacking, camping, or sports equipment. If you do not specify your gift, it will be designated to the area of greatest need.
Curriculum
