Inclement Weather: Taos Academy Campus Closed

Virtual Day Jan 9, 2026 – Login and Check with Advisors/Teachers

Dear Taos Academy Families,

The Public Education Department (PED) requires that any weather-related delays/closures be made up to ensure students receive the required instructional time.

To meet this requirement while still prioritizing safety, Taos Academy will implement the following protocol for today’s inclement weather closure:

  1. Students will check in between 8:00–8:15 AM for morning meeting using the link:https://meet.google.com/vtg-hjwk-jhn
  2. Starting at 8:15 AM, students should begin their school day from home.
  3. Check in with your advisor and teachers at the regular time.
  4. Advisors and teachers will send links for  Virtual Advisory, SSL, MS+, and Enrichment sessions.
  5. Use your  Google Classroom  links to join classes and access assignments.
  6. Log in to  Edgenuity to continue your coursework and stay on track.
  7. Please  check your email and Google Classroom  regularly for updates and links.
  8. Attendance will be taken, so please be present online.

IMPORTANT: Skiing has been cancelled by TSV and will be rescheduled at a later date

Thank you for your understanding.
Stay safe and warm!
