Loaner Application Form

The Loaner Application form serves as an application for the Taos Academy Loaner Computer Program. Submitting this form does not guarantee that a laptop will be issued. Loaner devices are distributed based on demonstrated need, and availability is limited. You will be notified if a loaner device is assigned to you.

Closing Date

The closing date for applications is August 27, 2026. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified as to your eligibility.

Important:
Students enrolled in the Flex Program are generally not eligible for a loaner device. Since Flex students choose to work from home, it is the family’s responsibility to provide the necessary technology. Exceptions may be considered in rare cases of exceptional need.
