IMPORTANT: This form serves as an application for the Taos Academy Loaner Computer Program. Submitting this form does not guarantee that a laptop will be issued. Loaner devices are distributed based on demonstrated need, and availability is limited. You will be notified if a loaner device is assigned to you.
Closing Date
The closing date for applications is August 20, 2025. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified as to your eligibility.
